Well, after today we’ll verify all the lists and make sure that you are all signed up and your fees are paid. It is our hope and goal that this game is going to be even more legendary than the prequel.

We’ve decided to open up a few more slots for HAM. Those of you who have wanted to go, but couldn’t since the signup period had expired, now have the opportunity to be a part of one of the greatest games in 2012!
The same rules still apply. You don’t need any confirmation of your signup to pay the admission fee as long as you don’t want to play any kind of special role. In those instances, please send us an e-mail and we’ll discuss it then.
Sign up before April 1st and make sure your payment reaches us by April 3rd. For international players, please contact us and we’ll work out the details.

Since we attended Prolog the past weekend we got to thinking. Prolog, Sweden’s largest event for roleplayers, got us planning a whole new integrated system for the three fractions listed above. Therefore, we suggest that you all take what is written about them with a ”pinch of salt”.
We are trying to make these more integrated, meaning that it should be easier to switch between these during the actual game. This will make it all more realistic and the game a whole lot more dynamic.
So please, don’t take what’s written for the fractions to be self-evident, it might/will be changed.

Despite what info you have recieved before, payments are due just after the sign up-period is over. So, January 9th 2012 all payments must be completed and in GASF’s account for you to keep your place in the game.

We take pride in making Hearts And Minds as real as possible without having to go to the Middle East. If you want to experience realism, without risking your life, this is it.
Therefore, we hope that you as a player are aware that the feeling of this game is based, to a large extent, on you staying in your role. Take a while before the game and think about who you are going to be during those two days. You don’t have to think of a fictional name or a grand background, just what you hope to be viewed as.Why did your character go to Afghanistan? Why did your character pick up a gun and fight the NATO forces? Are you going to be a hardass or a nice person, and why? Who are you related to, friends or enemies with?
Just ask yourself a few short questions and we promise that the idea in the game is going to be much clearer and give you and the other players a better time!
We encourage all players to send in a detailed description of their character, although not necessary. For Civilians and people of rank or with keyroles in the other fractions we strongly suggest this is done.
